EURO ESTATES IN 2023

Last year Euro Estates added more achievements to its portfolio. In 2023, with the first half of the year more focused on traditional brokerage and the second on online and face-to-face auctions, Euro Estates sold, rented and brokered all over the country.

We highlight the sale of a villa in Cascais, an ApartHotel in Albufeira, the sale of a building plot in Carcavelos and a 4-star hotel in Pedras Salgadas. Auctions, mostly of commercial property, land, car parks and offices, but also of luxury properties, were another highlight of 2023.

Finally, we couldn't fail to mention the ‘partnership’ with Associação Salvador, which fights for the inclusion of people with disabilities. Euro Estates ‘lent’ its auctioneer for the charity auctions held throughout the year and hopes to continue to be allied to this cause for many more years to come.
