EURO ESTATES, A SECOND SEMESTER IN GREAT SHAPE!

A second semester full of auctions (eight in total) marked the strong return of an activity that simultaneously provides sellers with a channel for the quick and efficient disposal of their properties, and buyers the possibility of making excellent deals, either for their own use or for investment.

In these eight auctions, divided between North and South/Centre, with properties spread throughout mainland Portugal and the Islands, properties of all kinds, from residential to commercial, and industrial, the final result was a huge success, we can say with satisfaction, that everyone left happy, the sellers (mostly Banks and Real Estate Funds) and the buyers (investors and individuals) for the good deals that were carried out in them.
