By the end of 2014, EURO ESTATES achieves with its last real estates auctions promoted with Banco Santander Totta in the weekend of December 20 and 21rst in Oporto and Lisbon a turnover of 5 million Euros. We presented around 128 properties from north to south of Portugal, Algarve included, and around of 80% of the full portfolio was sold with a medium average valorization of 25% over the exit price.  
EURO ESTATES has performed along 2014 around 30 real estates auctions with properties of the Portuguese Banks, several real estates promoters and private customers.
