EURO ESTATES - SALES’ RECORD IN AUCTION!

Euro Estates has performed during the week-end of 30 April and 1 Mai, two auctions for the Bank SANTANDER TOTTA, in Lisbon and Oporto, which have achieved a true sales’ record. With the rooms full of interested customers, we have presented a set of 135 properties, from the north to the south of Portugal, including Algarve too, from houses to apartments (T1 to T3 typology), at very competitive prices, so that some of them, in very high disputed bids, have doubled its value.  The interest in this portfolio was so great, that in only two weeks, previously to the auctions, almost 2000 visits to the properties were accomplished. We have sold around 92% of this portfolio and a global value over 8 million Euros has been achieved.
