This is a company incorporated under the legal form of limited liability company, its capital being spread over several domestic shareholders, who gathered their experience in key sectors to the success of this project: real estate, banking and technology.
These shareholders have joined, having first ensured that an international leader in this business, European Estates, would be the exclusive supplier of know-how and technical assistance for the start-up phase.
In turn, European Estates included in its origin, as founders, a UK leader in the sector, Alsop, and the known ERNST & YOUNG.
As a first priority, EURO ESTATES, bet on partnerships for the sale of properties with major Portuguese financial institutions, a task which was successfully deployed, including managing relations with all major ongoing Portuguese Banks.
